		<description><![CDATA[My brother and step brother have wanted to go hiking for a while.  On New Years Eve my brother and I determined we would set a date to hike in January and we stuck to it.  Matt decided to join us as he wants to get outside and hike more often.  For both of them, it was the first time hiking the mountain.  I don't think they knew what they where getting into when we started.  But we made it up the mountain and everyone had a great time.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Labor Day weekend hike in the Shenandoah.  Traditionally this has been a weekend for Jimmy Buffett but he didn't plan a show at Jiffy Lube over the weekend.  He did come the weekend before but that show got cancelled due to hurricane Irene.  It was a busy day on the trail with a lot of people taking the opportunity to get outside.]]></description>
